When should RSVPs be returned?

RSVP’s should be returned 60 days before the wedding.

There are good reasons for this as well:

• This gives you a 1-2 week buffer from when the final headcount is due at the venue, allowing you to follow up with stragglers. You can follow up politely and avoid feeling stressed or overwhelmed chasing people down. Who really likes doing that? LOL!
• This allows for better planning and logistics at the venue, creating clarity, control and calm for both the venue and the couples.
• Build accurate seating charts earlier
• Floor plans are strategically designed and not rushed
• All design elements such as charger plates, favours, menu cards and seating cards, are ordered correctly and you aren't overspending.
• This avoids last-minute reshuffling chaos and the opportunity to adjust the guest count if needed. It also allows for flexibility to invite a second wave of guests if need be.
• Most importantly, this reduces a lot of decision fatigue and uncertainty, allowing my couples to actually enjoy the final stretch rather than running around stressing.
