What vendors need insurance?

Any vendor operating a registered business on Trail Hub property must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

The certificate must include:

• Minimum $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance
• Trail Hub Ltd. (50179679 Corp. Inc.) listed as Additional Insured (Trail Hub’s property owner)
• Coverage valid for the event date

Our $2 million liability requirement is a standard venue policy designed to protect the vendor, the client, the venue, and guests. While most vendors never have an issue, liability claims involving guest injuries or property damage can exceed $1 million. We require $2 million coverage for anyone providing services on-site.

Examples include:

• DJs and bands
• Photographers and videographers
• Florists and decorators
• Rental companies
• Wedding planners
• Shuttle companies
• Bakers and dessert vendors
• Any other professional service provider

The Friends & Family policy below does not apply to registered businesses.
