Wedding Tastings
Do You Offer a Tasting?
Yes.
A complimentary tasting for two (the couple) is included after booking.
Additional Guests
- Maximum of 2 additional guests.
- Maximum attendance: 4 people total.
- Cost: $250 per additional guest plus tax and gratuity (or contract dependant)
Duration
Approximately 90 minutes.
Purpose
The tasting allows couples to sample menu options and finalize their wedding selections.
What Is Served?
Each guest receives:
- 1 Starter
- 1 Entrée
- 1 Starch
- Broccolini or Green Beans
- 1 Dessert
Important Notes
- Hors d'oeuvres and late-night menus are not included in tastings.
- If you opted for a buffet for your wedding day, please choose desserts from the plated options. We do not offer desserts from the buffet grazing stations as they are small, handcrafted and made in large batches for wedding days only.
- Vegetarian entrée: Eggplant Parmesan with Tomato Pomodoro
- Vegan entrée: Roasted Cauliflower Steak with Chimichurri.
- You do not need to try the vegan and vegetarian options during your tastings. They will receive these meals no matter what.
- Up to 10 special dietary meals are included at no additional charge.
- Certain menu items can be modified to be gluten-free/dairy free.

Couples wishing to experience our culinary team prior to their tasting are welcome to dine at The Nest restaurant.
