Service Animals

Trail Hub complies with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code. Service animals accompanying individuals with disabilities are permitted throughout areas of the venue open to the public.

A service animal may be identified by visible indicators (such as a harness, vest, or other identifying features) or by documentation from a regulated health professional confirming the animal is required due to a disability.

For privacy reasons, we will not ask guests to disclose the nature of their disability, nor do we require certification, identification cards, or proof of training.

Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times and must not display aggressive, disruptive, or unsanitary behaviour. If these standards cannot be maintained, the venue reserves the right to require the animal's removal.

If you plan to have a dog or service animal attend your wedding, please notify your Venue Coordinator in advance so we can ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
