Winter Weather

  • The Venue is committed to maintaining safe conditions on its property during winter weather.
  • The Venue owns and operates its own snow removal equipment and does not rely on third-party contractors for plowing or salting the property. Reasonable efforts will be made to clear and maintain the Venue grounds, parking areas, and walkways as weather conditions permit.
  • The Client acknowledges that the public roads leading to the Venue, including Chalk Lake Road, Concession 7, and Lake Ridge Road, are owned and maintained by the applicable municipal authorities and are outside the Venue’s control. During periods of heavy snowfall, ice, or other severe winter weather, these roads may experience delays in plowing, salting, or other maintenance, which may affect travel to and from the Venue.
  • If the Venue remains open, accessible, and able to perform its contractual obligations, weather-related travel difficulties affecting the Client, guests, or vendors shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, rescheduling, or a refund.
  • Any request to postpone or reschedule due to inclement weather shall be subject to the Venue’s cancellation and rescheduling policies unless otherwise required by applicable law or covered under the Force Majeure provisions of this Agreement.
