Indoor Ceremony Flips

Indoor ceremony flips are primarily used during the winter season (November–April) and occasionally during spring/summer events when weather conditions require activation of the rain contingency plan.

Guest Count Guidelines

  1. Option 1 Oscar Style: "Oscar Style".... the guests will sit at the tables and you will get married on the dance floor. We can set up 14 chairs each side at the front so your VIP guests can walk down the aisle and be seated. There is no fee associated with this ceremony setup.
  2. Option 2 Traditional : Traditional ceremony setup of rows of chairs with wedding tables prepared on the outside. The operations team will flip the room post-ceremony while guests enjoy cocktail hour in The Nest & enclosed patio. **Maximum of 60 guests.

  • Indoor ceremony and room flip can typically be completed in less than 10 minutes.
  • Timing may vary depending on ceremony décor and setup requirements.
  • Guests may remain nearby during the transition.

I have a larger guest count than 60 people. Why cannot I have a traditional indoor ceremony setup?

Guest Experience

  • Guests must be relocated during the room flip.
  • This often results in guests gathering in hallways or downstairs in the Bike Shop area.
  • Larger guest counts can create congestion and negatively impact the guest experience.
Fire Code Compliance
  • Relocating large groups into hallways and common areas may exceed occupancy limits and create fire code concerns.
  • Indoor ceremony flips for larger groups must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
