6:30 am - Wake Up! Eat light and take electrolytes if possible

7:00 am - TH set up and cleaning

9am - Venue Access as per contract

9am - Decor Setup (decor through east side patio doors)

12pm - Lunch in Bridal Suite

1:00 - 1:30 pm - Groom and Groomsmen arrive

1:30 pm / 2:00 pm - First Look ?

2:30 pm - Tea / other Ceremony?

4:30pm - Guests Arrive

4:55 pm - line up processional - Bride to stay in Bridal Suite, men move from Bike Shop upstairs to lineup

5pm - Ceremony - all guests are seated, cue Officiant and DJ (Champagne / Shot Welcome)?

5:30pm - Cocktail Hour (6-HOUR OPEN HOUSE BAR 5:30 pm-11:30 pm)

6:30pm - Reception Begins - TH staff to help guests find seats quickly

6:30 pm - Guests to be seated - Time call to Bridal Party to line up in hallway for entry, cue DJ

6:45 pm - Wedding Party Entrance?

6:50 pm - First dance?

6:55 pm - Grace to be given?

6:57 pm - Bread to go out - Bread baskets including Sweetheart and Vendor tables

7pm - Buffet - Time Call to BM and MOH for speeches

7:15 pm - BM will give speech followed my MOH (2-4 mins max)

7:30 pm - Time Call to Parents for upcoming speeches

7:50 pm - Speech #1: Bride’'s Parents Speech (5 mins max) - Father / Daughter Dance?

8:00 pm - Speech #2: Groom's Parents Speech (5 mins max) - Mother / Son Dance?

8:00 pm - Coffee and Tea Station Replenished - Set and ready in Nest (Bar)

8:00 pm - Dessert 8:30 - 9:00 pm - Last plate dropped, B & G to give a speech and toast the evening - (Champagne / Shot Welcome)?

8:45 pm - Cake Cutting (photo opp only) Not being served

8:50 pm - Dancing and mingling

10:00 pm - Late Night Station opens (optional)

11:00 pm - Last Call at Bar

11:30 pm - Bar closes

11:30 pm - Pack Up Decor & Personals - Wranglers will pack up decor and remove out east side patio doors

12:00 am - Guest exit venue

1:00 am - Venue closes
