Decor Drop Off and Setup

 Decor drop-off begins at 9:00 AM on your wedding day.

How do I Label Decor Bins?

Please ensure all décor is organized in clearly labeled bins and that each bin is marked with the corresponding table number (if applicable). We also ask that you provide printed photos or a detailed setup guide showing exactly how you would like each table arranged. This helps our team ensure your vision is executed accurately. 

What does Trail Hub Setup?

The Trail Hub team will set up all client-provided décor with the exception of specialty installations, extensive decorating, or items requiring ladders, tools, construction, electrical work, or professional decorating expertise. These items must be installed by your hired decorator or florist.

• Install floral backdrops
• Decorate arches
• Hang suspended décor
• Install draping or linens
• Arrange fresh florals

Your florist or decorator must provide sufficient staff to complete all setup and teardown.

Vendor Access & Timing

• Vendor access typically begins 2 hours prior to guest arrival for setup and sound checks (AV, bands, etc.)
• Florists and decorators are not permitted to begin table setup until 11:00 AM, unless otherwise pre-approved
• Vendor load-in and access routes will be confirmed during final logistics meetings
