Can I extend the rental time?

No. Guests must exit the venue by 12:00 AM, and the venue closes at 1:00 AM.

Late departures are subject to the following fees:

• $250 for every 15 minutes guests remain in the venue after 12:00 AM
• Exceeding the guest exit time by more than 45 minutes will result in forfeiture of your $1,000 damage deposit
