Storage Capacity

We can refrigerate:

• Cakes up to 8–10 inches in diameter
• Maximum of 2 tiers

Delivery Requirements

• Cakes and desserts must be delivered on the wedding day.
• If the cake cannot be stored in our fridge, desserts should arrive as close to service time as possible.
• Trail Hub staff will handle receiving the cake delivery from the cake vendor.
• Why do you need cake insurance if it is being dropped off? Because guests are consuming the cake on site.  

Cake Cutting

• Cake cutting is included.
• We provide knives and cake lifters.
• Cakes are often displayed on a barrel.
