Bar & Beverage Policies

Outside Alcohol

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

If outside alcohol is found:

  • The security deposit will be forfeited.
  • Couples are responsible for communicating this policy to guests.

Special Liquor or Wine Requests

Alcohol must be purchased through our liquor licence.

Guests can pay a $40 corkage fee if they would like to bring their own wine. We do not allow outside spirits. Please arrange this with your coordinator well in advance.

Any special requests are subject to availability and pricing.

Unused alcohol purchased through the venue cannot be taken home.

Open Bar Upgrades

Open bar packages cannot be modified.

Options:

  • Upgrade the package tier
  • Switch to Host Consumption
  • Upgrade for a specific period of time

Drink Tickets

  • Clients must provide printed drink tickets.

Wine Service

Table-side wine service requires:

  • Minimum two bottles per table.
  • Bottles may be transferred between tables if needed.

House Wine:

  • Rosewood Wines - White Rabbit (White)

  • Rosewood Wines - Looking Glass (Red)

Can Wine Be Left on Tables?

No.

Due to liquor licensing regulations, guests may not self-serve alcohol.

Can I Close the Bar During Dinner?

Yes.

Common reasons:

  • Prevent guest movement during speeches.
  • Reduce alcohol costs.
  • Maintain attention during key moments.

For consecutive hourly open bars:

  • Table-side wine service is $38 per bottle. You pay for wine-service instead of 1 hour of the bar

For Host Consumption bars:

  • Table-side wine service is available at $38 per bottle.
  • Minimum two bottles per table.

Cash Bars

Yes.

Cash bars are available with a $500 setup fee.

Guests purchase beverages individually.

Mobile Bar

A mobile cocktail bar is included during your cocktail hour. If you would like it to run for the whole night there is an additional fee of $500.
