The included Yorkville EXM Mobile speaker system may be used for either your ceremony or reception.

Most couples choose to use the EXM Mobile speakers and wireless microphone for their outdoor ceremony.

Are you having a professional band or DJ?

  • If you have hired a professional DJ, they will provide and set up their own sound equipment for the reception. Professional DJs are not permitted to use the venue's audio equipment.

What if I am having a family member control the reception music?

If friends or family members will be managing your reception music, they may use the venue's audio equipment provided they have submitted the required Day-of Event Liability Insurance. In this case, you may rent two JBL floor speakers for $250 for indoor reception use.

Please note that if the EXM Mobile speakers and wireless microphone are used outdoors for the ceremony, they cannot be moved indoors for the reception. A corded microphone is available for indoor use and the two JBL floor speakers.
